Nothing, it's very bad place to work.

There is too much micro management happen in this company, and if you speak against them.. they all went against you, you will be fired. If you have to go on break, you have to take permission, you have to logged in everytime on your laptop. You will be hired for L2 or L3 but you will be treated like a service desk engineer ( nothing to take away from service desk )
