Excellent work life balance, no work pressure. Flexible timings.

Dislikes

It's a small company, so there's no heirachy. So once spent a year or two no growth options career as well monetory wise. The director stays in UK and operates from there.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. Work is challenging very good for freshers to join and understand the industry.

Dislikes

Compensation more suited for freshers , not advisable for competent people with experience as they will face a salary compensation withmore in variable component than fixed . Be warned the managing director is hardly in India . He manages mainly from UK so your day to day is handled by senior staff who are 0 qualified for people management.
