*1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience with QHT Company* I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at QHT Company. Despite joining the company, I never received an offer letter, which is unacceptable. The management's behavior and communication skills are appalling. They consistently display a lack of respect towards employees, often insulting them in front of colleagues. The HR department, particularly Padmavati, is unprofessional and unresponsive. They demonstrate a blatant disregard for employee privacy, capturing photos without consent. Overall, my experience at QHT Company has been overwhelmingly negative. No job security, less leaves , third person involvement, lacking in decision making, office politics played by few people which makes office environment harsh , theirs is no promotions , no extra benefits, their is no appreciation for work , even though here un unqualified technicians implanter those who have no related degree are working or performing surgery ,
