... world as they have patients from all over world. Make many patients as friends. Salary increments are higher than other clinics and sense of safety is also at qht.

Dislikes

... they become insecure. I sustained at qht as I never heard rumours by old staff. Also I would say that the hyderabad office offers more salary than haridwar branch (might be due to higher cost of living) they wanted me to relocate to hyderabad office so I moved to Dehradun.

*1/5 - Extremely Disappointing Experience with QHT Company* I'm extremely dissatisfied with my experience at QHT Company. Despite joining the company, I never received an offer letter, which is unacceptable. The management's behavior and communication skills are appalling. They consistently display a lack of respect towards employees, often insulting them in front of colleagues. The HR department, particularly Padmavati, is unprofessional and unresponsive. They demonstrate a blatant disregard for employee privacy, capturing photos without consent. Overall, my experience at QHT Company has been overwhelmingly negative. I would not recommend this company to anyone. *Rating Breakdown:* - Communication: 1/5 - Respect for Employees: 1/5 - HR Support: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5

Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions
