Earlier there were few issues. But after working for 2 years things improved. It was more of energy gain work. Learned a lot connected with whole world as they have patients from all over world. Make many patients as friends. Salary increments are higher than other clinics and sense of safety is also at qht.

Dislikes

Old staff keeps you confusing about directors. But old staff never wanted any new staff to join. (Might be they become insecure. I sustained at qht as I never heard rumours by old staff. Also I would say that the hyderabad office offers more salary than haridwar branch (might be due to higher cost of living) they wanted me to relocate to hyderabad office so I moved to Dehradun.

Despite joining the company, I never received an offer letter, which is unacceptable. The management's behavior and communication skills are appalling. They consistently display a lack of respect towards employees, often insulting them in front of colleagues. The HR department, particularly Padmavati, is unprofessional and unresponsive.
