1.Worst School management and Policy, 2. Three stay back per week 3. Totally students centric Teachers are nothing (If any students blame or put any flase allegations on you specifically on male teacher they don't investigate the matter properly and fire you immediately. So think many times before joining) 5.They hired me as a French teacher and after sometime gave me extra subjects to teach on the same salary. 6 No co-ordination between Academic and Non-Academic staff. 7. Transport problem 8. Inexperienced Co-ordinators. . 9. Un supportive Principal. Teachers are only like a laborer here in PW Gurukulam school Varanasi.So my suggestion to all the teachers kindly don't go there only on the basis of Salary also see the work environment....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
