Good work environment and culture. Company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salery hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Oriental Bank of Commerce is a bank with different working culture, in the sense that officers and clerical staff work as cohesive force where target is to keep the bank ahead.As bank go ahead so the employees career.This is the first bank which experimentrd with verical system and when was not found feasible,reverted back to old system. career progression is excellent.In a nutshell good and progressive bank with solid fundamentals. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
