Worst company. They don't want you to have a work life balance, but you can try to have it by choice. But they want you to do work your socks off not only for the client, but they want you to do thought leadership sessions, automation assets. You should basically just show visibility irrespective of whether or not it is really benefiting the client or anybody. You should basically impress ppl sitting in Gurgaon. And they don't care how much effort you are putting for the client everyday. But you should show that you are doing something for the stupid useless COE. Effectively you are working for 2 companies - one is the client & the other is the COE, while only getting one company's salary. Now they are also forcing everyone to come to office 3 days a week. There is not enough seating availability in Bengaluru office. Literally they expect their employees to sit on the floor & work, which is so pathetic. And the company hasn't been giving proper hikes too and giving stupid reasons for it. The company is not doing so well because of the cheap useless COE politics, where nobody cares about whether the client is happy. They just want to throw some jargons that they are doing something fancy. Just talk about AI or other jargonny stuff in spotlight sessions everywhere & you're a star performer & you'll get promoted especially if you butter the worst COE leads & managers (helps if you are based out of gurgaon). HR management harasses their colleagues and junior employees so much, how would they do the justice with other employees and departments. Only skill required to grow in this organisation is Licking their seniors and managers, culture of licking is appreciated alot and every person expects the same from their juniors. Hiring process is biased and a total waste of time. Whether internal promotions or hiring, it feels more of corruption and politics than evaluating on qualifications. After days of working on the assignment and multiple rounds, they simply ghost with no feedback whereas promotions have been made impossible.
