This company is the franchise of Valenta AI pvt ltd, I have worked here for 1.5 years, the work culture is very toxic, once an employee resigns from the company, the respective employee will become an enemy to the manager, The manager is US Return (NRI), but he never behaves ethically towards employees, he will not pay salaries ontime, and he will hold the notice period salary for 90 days, here the 90 days refers to the days after completion of notice period, and even after the 90 days there is no guarantee that he will pay the salaries to ex employees, he will not Respond to employees properly, if we ask for salaries through mails he will threat the employees through whatsapp messages, He will use unparliamentary language towards the employees, and he will not provide proper facilities to work, and he requires 100% productivity from employees, They will change the rules and regulations as per their requirement and they will not inform about such changes to the employees.
