Likes

Ethical people who never degrade any employee. They respect the being of every individual. I joined as a faculty and in a short span of time got promoted because of my hard work. The institution recognised my ethical conduct and that of others as well. Feeling great.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
