Good place to start your IPR Journey. Saturdays and Sundays off. WFH/Hybrid option.

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Only Trademark Prosecution and Drafting. You won't get any further growth opportunities here. They don't give chance to learn TM filing and to attend hearings. Salary offered is very low even as per industrial standards. Superiors refuse to take accountability and push it on juniors here.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? Please some some give best advice?
