There's very little to appreciate in this company, as the management often uses unprofessional language when speaking to employees.

Dislikes

The main issue here is the salary. If you have family members depending on your income, this might not be the right place. Salaries are paid every two months, not monthly, and transportation allowances are often withheld. Many employees haven't received their allowances even after two years.

The work culture is terrible. There are countless issues that you simply can't resolve. Only those who aren't under financial pressure can manage to work there, as you'll never know when you'll actually receive your salary, let alone the travel allowance (TA). They never pay employees’ TA, and you'll literally have to beg to get your salary. They always hold back one month's pay, which means you'll only get it after working two or sometimes even two and a half months. When you leave, you’ll end up forfeiting one month's salary along with the TA for your entire tenure. The company has a poor work culture and lacks professionalism. There is no fixed salary date and one has to count days and literally beg for their own hard earned salary.The company consistently withholds one month of salary, and regardless of whether you serve the notice period or not, this amount is ultimately lost, leaving employees financially strained. There no good Company Culture, Employee facility is very bad, and even they don't want to progress on the same. Overall third class Company. They don't clear the Employee payment like TA, Salary and Miscellaneous on timely.
