Everything. Management is always shouting. Salary is paid after multiple follow ups and one month salary is always paid after completion of two months. Work life balance is zero. Employee sustainability is poor. Doesn't pay salary to the employees who left the organisation. And if question asked about the salary delays their answersare always about blaming employees that they are not working properly that's why they are unable to bring the revenue on time. I have been working here for last 6 months. I never received so much sales training in my life, on and off the field. The management is good and supportive. They even go out for calls to help me achieve my target. No micro-management which I faced in my previous company. I am very happy to work here.

There's very little to appreciate in this company, as the management often uses unprofessional language when speaking to employees.

The main issue here is the salary. If you have family members depending on your income, this might not be the right place. Salaries are paid every two months, not monthly, and transportation allowances are often withheld. Many employees haven't received their allowances even after two years.

Salaries are not provided in proper time. Traveling Allowances are never provided even though it was supposed to be paid fortnight. Going to work out station, no leave is provided for the day we are traveling. Traveling Tickets are provided at very bad time for outstation.

Working with Subir Ray Choudhury and Moumita Majumder... worst experience ever. Toxic people, Toxic environment, they use to crush the employees under their insane expectations, but in time of salary, they don't miss a single opportunity to humiliate and question one's productivity They shout like mad and use slangs and torture mentally without paying a penny. Salary is being paid once after 2 months of working only after begging several times. Even they cheat their customers too. Absence of moral and ethics. In a short experience of few months, have witnessed several employees to resign in frustration without serving a notice period( leaving their pending salary TA without any settlement and handover) If anyone could survive like this can go with Progressive ( humiliation, exploitation and mental stress , nothing else than that)....Read More
