Likes

Free hand for any procedures , huge patient flow , very friendly work environment , latest treatment with all advanced technological equipment. Anybody who joins here , will get great clinical and management skills 100% sure. Thanks a lot to Dr. Hema kumar and Dr. Shilpa for the awesome experience here.

Dislikes

Sometimes the clinic closes late due huge patient flow. But that's fine , that is very natural with any doctor in any hospital. Obviously a doctor serves the patient any time with all blessings. A doctor should always be available for his patients which is the very nature of him/her.

Work Details

My work is to examine the patients , do investigations , do all the treatment procedures and also some dental laboratory works. I also learned management skills and leadership skills in detail.

Work timings: Flexible Timings

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
