Employees are hard working when kept motivated. Rest they don't get what they deserve.

Dislikes

Highly sophisticated, rules keep changing everyday, limited value to employees. Sometimes legal offences are on company's plate. Overall it's challenging as B2B organization with two managers with clashing business decisions which has an impact on ground level employees. To add don't expect timely salary at all.
