I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?

The work pressure is low, they offer diverse tasks so you can get exposure to different fields and projects. They also have TLs and seniors to help and guide you wherever necessary. An additional benefit is that it offers permanent WFH. A good opportunity for freshers to kick start their career.

Dislikes

Honestly, every company has an internal politics, so I'd reflect on that here as well. Apart from that there is no job security as it is a start-up, they are yet to expand in the market, so there might be times where in you'll have to sit without salary until and unless they assign you a new project, so if you are planning an EMI risk depending on the salary, please don't .
