This company is very bad for ladies.. Specialy art work department. Only playing politics. Not sharing work each other. Manager not distribute work similarly . Nothing Career growth .

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ?
