A great consulting company with fantastic management and HR team, who give you better visibility about project, client before you join them and get deployed at client location. Mr Pramod keep checking with employees on how it is going and if they need some sort of assistance, queries to get resolved. Salary gets credited on a fixed date, good leave policies.

There is nothing to like in this small consultancy, This consulting firm doesn't follow any standards, working for this low quality consultancy is a big mistake for any candidates.

This small consultancy doesn't have any standards, I joined for MNC project through this consultancy without knowing it's poor standard's. How much time i work for this consultancy for MNC project, this firm took all benefits doesn't give any single benefits to me. Even basic medical insurance is not provided by this consultancy. Joining to this consultancy is biggest mistake of my life.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
