It is an up-growing IT concern which is readily adopts latest technologies. I am happy that I was a part of a team that was quite friendly, skillful and reliable. I was quite satisfied with my career growth over there.

When I did my projects using the software Adobe Flash over there, it was quite satisfactory for me to see them running successfully online. But after a year or two, nearly all of my projects were dismissed from the corresponding sites. So now I get no any significant values of my hard work as far as the online activities are concerned. As when I go for an interview to some other companies, I can not let them view my projects online, which is quite embarrassing for me....Read More

Work Details

Generally speaking, my work was slightly challenging as I had to look after the entire Flash department solely with day-to-day on-site client communication as well. Overall it was a good experience for me to accomplish my regular activities over there.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
