I was directly reporting to the CEO in my role, and the best thing is the way he will treat anyone with so much dignity and respect.

Work satisfaction - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Prestige leisure resorts is a part of the group company Prestige Group. The compensation and employee benefits at the group level do not reflect on the other companies. Very poor when it comes to employee welfare.

Work Details

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
