They just give salary on time. During lockdown they didn't support much and started implementing new strategies to cut salary.

Dislikes

They make false promises and don't provide you incentives for which you put your sweat in sales. Even if you achieve team targets and individual targets they don't seem ever to appreciate that and provide in terms of money.

There's a lot of politics and the employers can remove you at any point of time, without any proper in notice or reason.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
