Their is no bonding of time. Learn how can we work in team. I learn here many things to maintain tools and instrument. And get a knowledge of how to maintain register of labour & materials. And make a salary of all labours.

Dislikes

Their is not any leave if there is work in plant. And no time to go home at time.

Supervision of work when labour is doing.& Coming/going outside the plant assets details maintain in register. And make a salary of labours.

Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
