Likes

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Character of the owner itself. Took 2.5 Lacs from me, never returned to me. Did not give last 2 months salary from last 1.5 years.

The other employees are really coordinating and ready to help others except the top level management.

Dislikes

The company is not at all satisfactory, the company needs an overall improvement in every team and needs a better coordinator who will encourage the employee time by time and who is really there whenever a team member needs support instead of taunting the team members.

Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do?
