As I started with my career at Prabhat Engg , it was good on my part to learn about erection work. I also gained knowledge about shutdown of unit and the repair or installation work at site. It was to be a great experience working there.

Dislikes

Honestly speaking the remuneration was to be good but it took 3 months for them to credit your salary.

Anything more than 8 hrs is going to be hectic . So that drained me at the end of the day

As I was a learner , my boss was helpful enough to make me understand work ethics . The staffs were at times supportive and salary was paid on time though i started with less.

Dislikes

The salary was not that good to start and the work pressure you feel being a month or two fresher was tremendous.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
