Employees are treated unfairly and expected to follow orders without consideration for their well-being. Upon recruitment, the maximum tenure is three months, but in reality, it often lasts just 45 days, with employees not receiving a basic salary. Job security is lacking, as new hires are frequently asked for data and then either terminated or pressured to leave shortly after. Professional standards are not maintained, which negatively affects both clients and agents. Service quality is substandard, and brokerage payments are often delayed beyond the committed dates, leading to regular disputes and efforts to resolve them.
