Like to work with Policy Bazaar,

The environment is very small, linke pantry, washrooms etc and also would like to have some co curicular activies and have some sports in south locations, so that we and advisors would feel like working with happiness. Would also help for support staffs (HR's and Trainers and Quality to get some incentives as well, since we do Ops work as well)

It’s been a year that I am associated with Policybazaar, and it’s fair side to claim some positives which I have perceived personally 1. Organisation has recognised every individual depending on their contribution 2. leaders and managers are very much responsible and watch out the every aspect of business and align the tasks accordingly 3. Organisation teaches to manage the conflict situation and helps in maintaining the balance of work with personal life (majorly it’s an individual capability to drive ourselves to manage our work balance than an org takes the chance) 4. Nothing to dislike but there is always an opportunity to make something better than what we are doing, one thing I would like to suggest is to have a food coupons or canteen facility which is one area that I personally like to have an improvising structure in policybazaar

Such pathetic behavior of the management too much politics, no work life balance only robots can work there and if the senior team leaders doesn't like u they will trouble u alot just coz ur not buttering them, HR are pathetic where they never listen to employee just taking by listening to so called managers have no own brains they make ur life hell and torture stating don't u take break with your team y dent u ask u us before giving logout to ur team when a team leader can't take their own decision y the hell u hired them just run ur teams without them such bloody manager is SJairaj and they way he has treated me na I really curse him for his bad karma and he will for sure get his karma back they way he had made me cry took away my bread and butter for sure god will take his bread butter one day and he will regret for doing those misbehave with me such chuthiya manager and the Lavanya the so called senior team coach equalant to Assistant manager has no heart and she will pakka pay for her behavior god is watching everyone such a bloody behavior she has it...Read More
