It is very tedious to work in POLICYBAZAAR especially when you are living in Delhi. It has strict 6 days work policy and 9 hours working. Additionally, the sanitation department is a big concern which hasn’t alarmed the organisation until now.

It has been more than five years since I joined Policybazaar, and the journey has been truly incredible. I have learned a lot along the way, and the management has been immensely supportive throughout.

Dislikes

There will always be ups and downs in your journey; no path to success is ever completely straight. There's nothing to dislike, but maintaining a work-life balance can sometimes be challenging—it's just something we have to navigate.

The work culture is good plus there’s no limit on how much one can learn.

Dislikes

Wfh isn’t allowed, so you have to come to the office on a daily basis; which sometimes isn’t possible. Even if you wfh, you’ll have to apply a leave.

This is the worst company I have ever worked for. There are no medical leaves if you're on a ventilator, they’ll still ask you to work. There are no proper leaves or working hours; your day starts at 8 AM and often stretches until 12 AM. There’s no employee motivation, and the senior management is toxic. Their main focus seems to beon making employees’ lives miserable. Continuous Google meetings are scheduled without allowing bio breaks or even food breaks. Policybazaar gives a good salary and insensitive which no other company gives. If someone really wants to earn money then join Policybazaar because it is the best company in Gurgaon. It also gives job to 12th passed people.

Dislikes

The timing here is bad, some people are allowed to rock till 9 o'clock if their target is not achieved. Be it a girl or a boy, they stop everyone, it doesn't matter to them whether you come or pass out of fear.

Well, everything. The synergy and transparent culture PB brings to the table is unmatched. I would say it's indeed an "Employer of Choice"

PB can introduce cross functional/department trainings and courses, however recently there is a huge progress on this piece.
