Associate Sales Consultant

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, or chats to resolve their concerns and provide solutions.
  
• Meet sales targets set by management while maintaining a high level of quality assurance.
  
• Identify new business opportunities through upselling and cross-selling of products/services to existing customers.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment handling international voice process/UK sales/NRI sales.
  
• Strong communication skills with excellent verbal and written English proficiency.
  
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
• Languages Required: Telugu, English and Hindi
