Likes

They fired more than half the staff right when the whole disaster started. Kept the rest at 50% pay cut demanded in the name of support. Then started delaying that bit too, making employees leave of their own accord. No support whatsoever.

Dislikes

No appraisal, no growth, micro-managed in every single aspect. You won't have a voice. Nor a choice if asked to do something unprofessional.

By first cutting off their salaries and then putting them on sabbatical.

Dislikes

They don’t appreciate the work of the employee and they can fire you anytime they want. No job security and no compensation and no work satisfaction.
