No profit for employee they pay salary less than work and taking work from employee over 16-18 hours in a day and no other benefits for employee there is no appointmemt letter given to any one and no ones job is fixed here when they want to fire them than they can The

There is a lot of politics and they give salary less than thr potential of an employee and taking work over 16 hour per day or more than that. There is no proper management... And most imp. Thing now the manager of this company is illiterate or less knowlegable but still they appoint him as a manager so now u think what type of company. Is this. There is no rule of deducting pf fund n all they maintain fake records of pf members and they are giving cash salary instead of bank transfer. Such a worst experience over there i work over 6 years i given my whole time in this company when its construttion starts... I give more than 16-18 hours a day after that they give me salary less than my efforts and there is no management system
