In my appraisal meeting, they didn’t ask or discuss my expectations about my salary or hike percentage. The entire discussion was only about feedback and performance review. After the meeting, I asked why they didn’t allow me to share my expectations or reveal my hike numbers. They told me that the hike numbers would be decided only by the owner and then they would inform me. I feel an appraisal meeting should include open discussion about both performance and future expectations. What are your thoughts? Does this happen in your company too?

No profit for employee they pay salary less than work and taking work from employee over 16-18 hours in a day and no other benefits for employee there is no appointmemt letter given to any one and no ones job is fixed here when they want to fire them than they can The

There is a lot of politics and they give salary less than thr potential of an employee and taking work over 16 hour per day or more than that. There is no proper management... And most imp. Thing now the manager of this company is illiterate or less knowlegable but still they appoint him as a manager so now u think what type of company. Is this. There is no rule of deducting pf fund n all they maintain fake records of pf members and they are giving cash salary instead of bank transfer. Such a worst company that i ever seen and work over there for 6 years
