There are lot of things which I personally felt my daughter was caught up in an organisation which doesn’t care about the employee. Since the company was wfh they called my daughter all of a sudden to the office as it was opening day which was not mentioned to my daughter earlier and she ordered biriyani from outside. She was not allowed to eat inside the office premises since they have done pooja in the office. I don’t know why these kind of traditions are still being followed if you really want a person work for you make sure you have ensured all these rules and regulations.
