There is no hierarchy in the office, so much you can learn either you are an intern or an Employee because everybody shares about his/her knowledge and they take sessions also, Innovation and work-life balance are really good, Mr Roopam, the founder of the company is high empathic and flexible, the best person one can ever work with.

As the company is evolving right now, It's a very good place for Interns.

my work is very exciting, every day I learn new thing, before joining the company I didn't know much about the UI/UX but my skills are developing so much. The work environment is very positive.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
