Work environment is good as well as working with good employees

Teammates are good... There is no proper training, job security is not there whenever they need employee they will hire and that is only for season time after that they don't have work so they will terminate the employee without reason they create non scence reason and terminate the employee..then no career growth, salary was not provided proper actual salary date every month of 10 but they will do delay not only that they will provide salary cash not through bank... So there is no proof about salary...and what ever incentive that they will not give simply they will lie things about incentive but they will not provide and no appraisal first of all employee will work for only admission season time. They will not provide offer letter and only seasonal time admission time work after that no work they will terminate us non scene create reason .. no proper salary delayed to provide salary no incentive.. no salary slip they will give salary cash.. worst

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
