Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .

I like how people are just there to boss you around and never help! Not everyone can do that.

They do not care if you live or die. They would never want to help the other person in need. They expect a person to do 14hours shift with the workload they provide. They just dance on their client's command and would never take a stand for themselves. Even if they cannot deliver anything, they always commit to the client and then ask the floor agents to compensate for their lacking. Managers here do not understand the rule of monogamy. They are always in search of affairs in office which is the least a person would want & if what they want, how they want is not done, they usually penalize the staff for their own actions Just a pathetic company to work with and even worse the management level people plus their HRs....Read More
