No growth. No opportunity. Work environment is very poor. Poor work culture. Except few most of the TL leaders are bias and believes in harassment. You have to be very cautious while working. Take my batch's example, we guys were not given adequate training on the tools used for the process and we all faced difficulties handling customers.
