I like how people are just there to boss you around and never help! Not everyone can do that.
Dislikes
They do not care if you live or die. They would never want to help the other person in need. They expect a person to do 14hours shift with the workload they provide. They just dance on their client's command and would never take a stand for themselves. Even if they cannot deliver anything, they always commit to the client and then ask the floor agents to compensate for their lacking. Managers here do not understand the rule of monogamy. They are always in search of affairs in office which is the least a person would want & if what they want, how they want is not done, they usually penalize the staff for their own actions Just a pathetic company to work with and even worse the management level people plus their HRs....Read More

They make you feel bad of using your own hard earned leaves. They hire you with 5 days working but eventually they force you to work 6days they have hidden clauses for all you incentive or OT payout

Take my batch's example, we guys were not given adequate training on the tools used for the process and we all faced difficulties handling customers. The company doesn't focus on customer experience but just sales and production hours. You would be asked to work extra and extend in the name of business requirement very often.
