I have worked with so many companies but working with personiv is the biggest regret. No ethics,no work life balance,no value for work,internal politics. They make you feel bad of using your own hard earned leaves. They hire you with 5 days working but eventually they force you to work 6days they have hidden clauses for all you incentive or OT payout

Incentives are good and you have an opportunity to make good money.

Dislikes

The training is terrible and the management is pathetic. Take my batch's example, we guys were not given adequate training on the tools used for the process and we all faced difficulties handling customers. The company doesn't focus on customer experience but just sales and production hours. You would be asked to work extra and extend in the name of business requirement very often.
