If you are good at your work then there’s job security at one post. You can work long in the company.

Dislikes

No growth. No opportunity. Work environment is very poor. Poor work culture. Except few most of the TL leaders are bias and believes in harassment. You have to be very cautious while working. If you are only going to office to work then expect no growth no encouragement no warmth nothing only expect bully and harassment. And that isa genuine review. You can see people working in a positive with zero knowledge zero English zero presentation and just because of someone on senior position has his/her hand. It’s very demotivating. Without any offence I have never seen such environment in any organisation I worked. They not only appreciated good work but also believes in encouraging talents....Read More

There is nothing to be happy about seriously.

Dislikes

Let me tell you, you will be asked to work on Saturdays and informed about Saturday working on Friday. Also,being a QA, they will ask you to work like agents.

Work Details

Working hours are from 12:30am to 9:30am. Need I say more??

Terrible is what is. No real scope of growth. No work life balance. Work is not streamlined so you end up being overworked and underpaid with next to nothing in terms of rewards and recognition.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
