I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. There is complete job security. We got bonuses and appraisals during pandemic too. Work is hectic and busy but it is better than having no work and being removed from jobs that happened to many in 2020. There is great team work and support from the seniors and owners.
