Dislikes

The only the thing I think where little focus is required is the career growth and promotions of the employees. It actually gives alot of motivation to employees to work more. They can also give the incentive/certificates to all the employees in a way of appreciation or motivation.

Work Details

Handling the tiny tots is difficult but once you start loving your job nothing seems more adorable than those small kids who really seek for love and support from us as teachers. So yes I love my job.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
