So I joined Pearl Organisation as a Technology Executive in Digital Marketing and they fooled me at the time of my joining. There are no leaves and unnecessary deductions. How can one manage working with this type of FRAUD and LALA company. They just know how to ill there pockets. They dont care about the employee even those who areworking for them for years. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
