There is nothing to like about the company.

Dislikes

There is no work culture and poor management. The owner focuses only on sales and sales. They don't care about the client's work, and in the end, if the client escalates, they simply blame the developers. Additionally, the company frequently creates new policies according to their convenience, aiming to maximize earnings from clients while cutting amounts from employees' salaries. This is my job in pearl organisation. The working environment is nice. I am learning so many new things. My mentors and colleagues are so supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

So far so good. However, salary is bit low and can be increased with perfromance.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
