There is nothing to like about the company.

There is no work culture and poor management. The owner focuses only on sales and sales. They don't care about the client's work, and in the end, if the client escalates, they simply blame the developers. I am grateful to the pearl organization for grooming me well in this very short period of time. This is one of the best Company to gain the wealth of knowledge providing you with the best of future technologies. I have to say, the faculty here is very understand the subject into depths.

This is my job in pearl organisation. The working environment is nice. I am learning so many new things. My mentors and colleagues are so supportive and helpful.

Dislikes

So far so good. However, salary is bit low and can be increased with perfromance.
