we have to work on holidays as well to get sales. rather than office hours we are asked to send messages to clients at night when we are home. it feels like we are at home but still working for the office. this is not work life balance.

There is no work culture and poor management. The owner focuses only on sales and sales. They don't care about the client's work, and in the end, if the client escalates, they simply blame the developers. I went for the interview ,I answered all question which they asked ,Asked the human resource manger shall I wait out side you know what she said(I think you should wait out side)I waited for 2 hrs after 2 hrs one girl came she said we can't hire you presently.I request you don't go their .totally worst company .

They Just hire you to do scam with client Only they will ask to get project and once we get project they will ask keep foces on getting project rater than working on project
