Great company to work good bosses open to adopt new things very innovative and high skilled designers overall good place to work and learn new things

Work Details

I am taking care of hospitality projects dealing with all the high end hotel chains on pan India basis.apart from that dealing with all the top architects and interior designers for our products as per specific requirements product development etc.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
