I handle all the HR Operations like the End to End recruitment process, On-boarding activities, FNF, MIS Reports, Employee Engagement, Employee benefits and Payroll.

Work days: Alternate Saturday off (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

There is no job security, Management is very poor, they are very egoistic and selfish people, they don't give you leave if u r critically unwell, also if something goes wrong n u pointed out that to management then they will terminate you. in shot you can't raise your voice against management.
