Small company but freedom to choose working hours, but delivery of quality work is must.

Strict to rude employees, management forced their workers to create good and healthy work environment. Strict action taken place against rude behaviour.

Work Details

Balanced, can take leaves when less work, work from home or remote working available in case of urgency. No leave deducted for such cases.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
