Company culture - Good

Dislikes

There is no job security in IT department because of non technical managers. In IT department managers are non technical they don't know about IT work and culture. If you only follow there guidance without argument then you are safe otherwise they fire you. For accounting this company is good but for IT don't join this company. My experience is terrible.

Work Details

As a business analyst my work is to provide suggestions for their software. Prepare wireframes, documentation and flow diagrams.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
