The working environment is good here Peoples are also good to work friendly but the problem with the management where everything is present here but the management and work assignment is not good, the main problem is the higher person present here is not taking responsibility of lower one, the current management is not so good. Fro the training department it is little bit poor, salary is good as per your work performance, nothing is innovative done over here. Politics is present over here but as the employees are not so smart enough to give over take to them....Read More

Lot of good things are here but if the higher lever authority will take responsibility to change all the drawbacks present over here then that may give a lot of satisfaction to all employee works over here but apart from that not in a single day anyone come here for the audit the environment , works conditions, no one come here to check the skill of all the employee which means the company doesn't have any good responsible per in the H.O to audit all this things, no one taking the reviews to improve the employee environment even some of the minimum working facility is not provided by the higher persons...Read More
