Good environment and friendly staff

Dislikes

Alot of rules and regulations, pressure from supervisor to staff.

Work Details

The job was quite interesting but I was finding it difficult at the beginning as there was no formal training, I learned everything on own and some colleagues were helpful enough to guide and teach some stuffs as well.

Work days: Rotational Shift (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
